: is a hybrid game of cribbage and poker. It begins with a cut for the deal.  Each player then puts a coin into the center of the board as an ante.  The dealer then deals each player five cards.  In a four person game, each player discards a card to the crib.  For a game involving more than four players, the three to the left of the dealer place their discards in the crib while the remaining players place their discards in the bottom of the deck.  The player to left of the dealer then chooses to check or bet on the poker value of their hand.  Betting continues around the table until all have bet or folded.  When folding, the player will place the current bet value in front of them to track the current wager.  The deck is then cut by the player to the right of the dealer, the dealer takes the top card of the cut pile, flips it and places it on the deck.  All players now use this common card along with their hand to form the highest possible poker hand.  The player to the left of the dealer, again chooses to check or bet and another round of betting occurs.  After all betting is complete, the cribbage hand is played out.  Poker hands are then compared.  The dealer then turns over the cards in the crib.  If the crib shows a better poker hand than any of the players, the pot remains, another ante is made and those who have folded place their folded coin along with their ante into the pot.  If the crib does not beat a player's hand then the pot is swept by the winning poker hand.  The cribbage game is then played out in the same way as mentioned previously. Typically, at the end of a game, the pot is swept by the best poker hand.  In the case of the crib being the winning hand, the pot remains and another game is played. When no other game is to be played, and the crib is the winning hand, a poker game of a players choosing is played to win the pot.  A cut for deal is made to decide deal and what game is to be played out.  Our usual game of choice is seven card roll-em.
